The mind can try to take control in your decision making, making it hard for you to trust the real inner guide.. which is your body. Which leaves you stuck in your head and ignoring the signals your body is already trying to give you. 

This is because it may have been safer for your mind to be in control instead of the body however, during a Breathwork session it becomes easier for the mind to quieten as the body becomes more safe, as I am there guiding you back to your breath, to your body as your mind begins to wander.

Now, this takes practice and I used to feel these exact things which was why I had to have someone assist me connecting with my breath.

    Shaking is a great way to move energy through your Shaking is a great way to move energy through your body and to regulate your nervous system at times it feels anxious or stuck in survival, especially when incorporating the breath. 

It’s easy and it doesn’t take a lot of time but you can feel the effects nearly instantly. 

So my question is - why have you seen these type of exercises before and not made it a consistent practice already? 

Does watching this make you crave this in your body?

I can teach you all the practices but if you aren’t going to be consistent with them, then you will continue to be stuck in the same cycles over and over and continue to be triggered by the same things.

I once got told this exact message and it’s why when I now feel my nervous system reaching a certain point I can observe that and do something to move it rather than staying at that level.
