Each modality I bring into my sessions works in harmony with the others to unlock the body’s natural intelligence and support the release and integration of emotion.

Conscious Connected Breathing

(Transpersonal Breath)

Breath is the bridge between our body, psyche and spirit.

Conscious Connected Breath is a powerful breathwork style that regulates the nervous system and clears stored tension from the body. By breathing in a continuous, rhythmic flow, the body shifts out of survival mode and into flow and begins to breathe itself.

Oxygen and energy circulate more freely, allowing suppressed feelings or sensations to surface safely and be released. This expands your capacity to feel without overwhelm.

Learning to trust your breath enables you to reconnect with the truth of who you really are and develop tools to regulate your nervous system with self awareness – the foundation of embodied sovereignty.

Reichian Characterology & Segmental Armouring

Freeing the body from its past.

When emotion or feelings weren’t safe to express, the body learned to contract. Over time those protective contractions form armour: patterns of tension in the body that were once designed to keep you safe but now limit freedom.

Developed by Dr Wilhelm Reich, this approach maps seven “segments”.. eyes, jaw, throat, chest, diaphragm, belly, and pelvis, each linked to emotional themes.

Using breath, sound, and movement, we locate the areas where your body is still bracing and gently restore circulation and safety.

As the armour softens, life-force returns. Your body stops rehearsing the past and becomes available again for truth, expression, and connection.

Bioenergetics

Releasing energy so life can move through you.

Bioenergetics is a body-based practice that helps release stuck emotional energy, the kind that sits as heaviness, tightness, or shutdown in the body.

Using grounded postures, breath, sound and movement, the body is given a safe way to express what was once held back, whether that was anger, grief, fear or life-force.

You don’t need to re-enter the story, your body simply releases the energy that was stored there. What returns is aliveness, clarity and a sense of inner openness.

Shadow Work & Self-Inquiry

Bringing awareness to the unconscious and alchemising your pain.

Carl Jung famously said – until you make the unconscious conscious, it will rule your life and you will call it fate.

Shadow work is a powerful practice of meeting the unseen parts of yourself – the emotions, patterns, and beliefs that unconsciously control you.

Through reflective inquiry, breath, and presence, I guide you to witness the unconscious patterns within you and face them without judgment. As each hidden aspect is felt and accepted, its grip dissolves, and energy is liberated.

Embodiment Practices

Where awareness becomes reality.

Embodiment practices help you bring awareness fully into your body, not just during a session, but in everyday life.

Through movement, breath, voice and sensing what’s happening inside you, you learn how to stay present even when emotion or intensity arises. With time, your body begins to trust itself again, to process, release and find resolution without needing to shut down or escape.

Embodiment is what turns healing from an insight into how you actually live.

Nature & Elemental Connection

Re-aligning with the intelligence of the earth.

This is about working with nature, as an active part of your healing., when we heal ourselves, we also heal the land.

Time on the land undertaking simple rituals and deep listening helps your body re-sync with the natural rhythms of the Earth.

As the system settles, the mind clears and a natural sense of belonging returns. Nature reminds the body that it is part of something living, intelligent and sacred. From this place, trust and clarity emerge, and a sense of wholeness emerges from within.
