Your breath is the bridge

between body, mind, and spirit.

It is the most direct portal to presence and to the liberation that comes from feeling safe in your body.

What to expect

Breath is both the diagnostic and the medicine.

It reveals where your body is holding tension, restriction, or unresolved trauma and it becomes the tool used to release it.

Each session begins with a body-led assessment, followed by a breathwork journey attuned to your nervous system.

How the sessions work

Each 2..5 hour session begins with a close observation of how you breathe and how your body holds itself. Your breath, posture, and patterns of tension show where energy is restricted.

Drawing on Reichian Characterology, Bioenergetics and Segmental Armouring, I identify specific holding patterns as they present themselves in your body.

From there, I guide you through Conscious Connected Breath – specifically Transpersonal breathing, a form of breathwork that uses continuous, connected breathing without pauses, allowing for a safe and deep release of tension and emotions. This can also include stillness, love and euphoria.

This is not a generic breathing practice, but a targeted process that responds to your body in real time.

The work invites you to soften control, breathe fully, and allow your body to express and release what words cannot.

Through a consistent practice, you experience:

Meet Your Guide

Hi, I’m Sian

As a certified practitioner with the Australian Breathwork Association, I’m trained in conscious connected breathing techniques, specialising in Transpersonal Breath, that support deep emotional and somatic releases.

Being part of this association means I adhere to a strong code of ethics, guided by teachers with over 40 years of experience.

My two years of in person training required me to dive into the depths of my own shadow and alchemise long-held pain.

I have walked this path, I understand what it takes to face what has been buried, and I will guide you through it safely, ethically and compassionately.

A Note on Commitment

This work is most effective when approached as a journey rather than a single experience. Depth and stability are built over time, as the body learns to trust the process and regulate at a deeper level.

The Australian Breathwork Association recommends a commitment of ten sessions to support meaningful, lasting change.
