1-1 Transformational Breathwork Sessions
As a certified practitioner with the Australian Breathwork Association, I’m trained in conscious connected breathing techniques that support deep emotional and somatic releases. Being part of this association means I adhere to a strong code of ethics, guided by my teachers with over 40 years of experience. This foundation helps create a space where you can feel truly safe and supported.
My own in-depth training required me to confront my own depths, which enables me to hold a powerful, compassionate space for your journey of healing.
In my sessions, I use a body based, somatic style of breathwork that focuses on a conscious, connected breath. Unlike pranayama or breath-holding techniques, this method allows you to breathe continuously, facilitating deep release and relaxation.
I also work with the seven bands of muscular tension, where unexpressed trauma can reside, especially in the fascia. By combining Bioenergetic movements and breath called Bioenergetics, we gently soften these patterns, reconnecting you to your body’s natural wisdom and unlocking the life force energy that is your birthright.
Each session is intuitively guided by your body and lasts approximately 2 hours, offering you a sacred space to reconnect with the truth of who you are and develop the tools to regulate your nervous system with self-awareness.

A light, empowering way to move the energy that may be building within us — and a fun and beautiful opportunity to connect with like-minded souls. These sessions are designed to gently shift emotional and somatic tension, leaving you feeling more grounded, clear, and connected.
Each session lasts approximately 45 minutes and includes light movement, and a light breath, the style of breath may vary.
