Meet Sian

Hi, I’m Sian and I am a medicine woman, a guide for those ready to return home to themselves.

 Using the breath and other embodied practices, I help you to reconnect with the power within you, by allowing you to build trust in yourself and your body.

 I am passionate about creating a safe space where you can meet yourself fully, without masks, without expectations and remember who you truly are beneath it all. By meeting yourself, with love and compassion.

 What I offer is not theory, it is from lived experience. It is real, it is embodied, and it is the very work that has saved and transformed my life. Now my purpose is to help others do the same which is why I created Inner Esencia, because I believe that by sharing my story, I give permission for others to do the same

My path has been shaped by my own experiences of childhood trauma and addictions. For a long time, I didn’t know how to love or what love truly was. I was disconnected from myself, and my body and I hid behind a high performing corporate career as a Chartered Accountant.

 Eventually, I was called to stop running and start listening and that’s where my healing began through Breathwork, Energy work and Sacred Plant Medicines. These brought me into my body, my heart space and enabled me to feel safe to listen.

 I now help others to do the same, to find their power by reclaiming what has always been in them, enabling them to take control of their life by trusting their body and their breath.

 My work has been inspired by many different lineages and different modalities.

 The black and white Jaguars in my logo were birthed during my time living in Colombia and working with the sacred medicine Yagé (Ayahuasca). These spirit animals symbolise the dance between light and darkness, the dance we are all here to learn. They represent strength and power, encouraging you to embrace your own inner strength and power without fear and teach you to meet your darkness with lightness.
